To ensure the proper operation of any product, there are many things you need to be aware of when using it. An energy storage inverter is a type of power supply that uses thyristor circuits to convert DC power into AC power. It is used in many fields. So, what are the precautions when using it?
1. DC voltage must be consistent
Every energy storage inverter requires a DC voltage input, such as 12V or 24V. The battery voltage must match its DC input voltage. For example, a 12V power supply must use a 12V battery.
2. The output power must be greater than the power consumption of the appliance. Especially for appliances with high startup power, such as refrigerators and air conditioners, a larger margin should be provided.
3. Connect the positive and negative poles correctly.
The DC voltage input is marked with positive and negative poles. Red is the positive (+) and black is the negative (-). The battery is also marked with positive and negative terminals, red for positive (+) and black for negative (-). Connect positive to positive (red to red) and negative to negative (black to black). Ensure the connecting wires are thick enough and minimize their length.
4. The device should be placed in a well-ventilated, dry area, protected from rain and at least 20 cm away from surrounding objects. Keep away from flammable and explosive materials. Do not place or cover other objects on top of the device. The operating temperature should not exceed 40°C.
5. Charging and inverter operation cannot be performed simultaneously. That is, the charging plug should not be inserted into the inverter output circuit during inverter operation.
6. The interval between powering on and off should be at least 5 seconds (with the input power disconnected).
7. Keep the device clean by wiping it with a dry cloth or anti-static cloth.
8. Before connecting the device's inputs and outputs, ensure the device's casing is properly grounded.
9. To avoid accidents, users are strictly prohibited from operating or opening the device. 10. If you suspect a malfunction, do not continue operating or using the machine. Disconnect the input and output immediately and have it inspected and repaired by qualified personnel or a repair shop.
11. When connecting the battery, ensure that there are no other metal objects in your hands to avoid a short circuit and burns.
